Questions we get before every call.

Takes less time to read than it does to find a parking space.

How the audit works
What exactly do you review on the call?
We review three things: your ad account (targeting, creative, spend allocation), your landing pages (messaging, conversion flow, mobile experience), and your website as a buyer would see it from an ad click. We prepare this in advance using your audit answers and website URL, so the 30 minutes is findings, not setup.
Is this just a website review?
No. The website is one part. We also look at your channel mix, your audience targeting, how your budget is allocated, and whether your reporting is showing you the right things. The website review is the most visible part and often where we find the most immediate wins, but the audit covers the full paid media picture.
How long does the audit actually take?
The call is 30 minutes. We spend 2–3 hours preparing before we get on. You don't see the prep — you just get the output. If there's more to cover than 30 minutes allows, we'll tell you what to prioritise and you'll have the full picture either way.
Do you need access to my ad accounts?
Not before the call. We work from your audit answers and website for the initial review. If you'd like us to go deeper into your actual account data on the call, you can share view access beforehand, though it's not required. We find plenty without it.
Results and proof
What have you actually found at other companies?
The most common findings: audiences 3–4× too broad (paying to reach people who'll never buy), ad traffic sent to a homepage instead of a dedicated landing page, campaign structures too complex to optimise, and attribution that tracks clicks but not pipeline. Most businesses have at least two of these. Many have all four.
What kind of results should I realistically expect?
That depends on where you're starting from. If you've never run paid media properly, the gap is large and the gains come quickly. If you have an existing programme, we're usually looking at 20–40% efficiency improvement in the first 90 days. We won't promise a number before we've seen your setup. That's exactly the kind of thing we're trying to move away from.
We've tried paid ads before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?
Usually because the previous attempt had the wrong audience, the wrong landing experience, or no way to tell what was working. Ads themselves aren't the problem. The system around them is. That's what we audit. If we look at your previous attempt and think it'd fail again for the same reasons, we'll tell you that on the call.
What happens after the audit? Do I have to work with you?
No. You keep the findings regardless. If there's a fit and you want to talk about working together, we will. If not, you leave with a clear picture of what to fix and can action it yourself or with whoever you choose. We don't do follow-up sequences or pressure calls.
About the call
Is this a sales call? Will I be pressured to sign up?
No. We don't do pressure and we don't do pitch decks. The call is a working audit session. If there's a fit at the end, we'll say so plainly. If there isn't, we'll say that too. Either way you leave with something useful.
What should I prepare before the call?
Nothing formal. Just show up knowing roughly what you're currently spending, which channels you're on, and what a good lead looks like for your business. If you want to share ad account view access in advance, great, but it's optional. We'll have done our homework already.
Who will I be speaking with?
Amy Cahill, Co-Founder of Quick Fox Labs. Not an account manager, not a junior analyst.
Can I record the call?
Yes, absolutely. We'll be sharing our screen and walking through findings. You can share the recording with colleagues who couldn't attend. Just let us know at the start.
Operations and fit
How much time will this take from my team?
30 minutes for the call. That's it for now. If you decide to move forward, onboarding is designed to be fast. Campaigns are live within the first month, with minimal time required from your side beyond an initial briefing.
Do I need any specific software or tools?
No. We work across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Bing. You don't need anything set up in advance. We build the infrastructure as part of onboarding.
We're already working with another agency. Can we still talk?
Yes. We have a strict no-conflicts-of-interest policy. We won't take on a client where we're competing against someone we already work with. But talking costs nothing. Many of our clients came to us while mid-contract elsewhere, had the audit, and made an informed decision from there.
