Questions we get before every call.

What will we actually cover on the call?
We go through your audit results together, explain what we found, and give you a clear view of which two or three things to fix first. There is no pitch and no pressure. You leave with a document you can act on whether you work with us or not.
How long does the call take?
30 minutes. We run to time because we know you are busy. If you want to go deeper on anything, we will tell you at the end.
Who will I be speaking with?
Amy Cahill, Co-Founder of Quick Fox Labs. Not an account manager, not a junior analyst.
Is there a cost?
No. The audit and the call are both free. If we think we can help and you want to explore working together, we will talk about that at the end. If not, the breakdown is yours to keep.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. Just show up. We will have already reviewed your website and your audit answers before the call so we come prepared. If you want to share access to your ad accounts in advance, that gives us more to work with — but it is not required.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Use the reschedule link in your calendar confirmation email. No need to contact us directly.
Do I need any specific software or tools?
No. We work across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Bing. You don't need anything set up in advance. We build the infrastructure as part of onboarding.
We're already working with an agency. Is this still worth doing?
Yes. A second opinion on a live programme costs you nothing and might change everything. We are not here to poach clients — we are here to give you an honest read on what is and is not working.
What if we decide to work together after the call?
We will send a short proposal within 48 hours. We work with a small number of clients at a time so there is a short onboarding process, but we can typically be live within three weeks of signing.
Do you work with companies outside the UK?
Yes. We work with B2B SaaS companies across the UK and Western Europe. The call is on Zoom so location is not a factor.
